Finca Patzibir.

This is our 6th year carrying coffees from the Fahsen family, the 2nd year they have come form Patzibir. We have visited their other farm, Finca Pachuj, twice in 2018 & 2020. That farm was sold in 2023 to pay off a loan, so we are now buying coffee from the plot of land right next door, known as Patzibir. Since 2019, the coffee has been milled by our partners Los Volcanes. Patzibir is also managed directly by Los Volcanes. This coffee is incredibly similar to Pachuj- bright, with dazzling fruit acidity of strawberries, papaya and other tropical fruits.
